Golden eagles once thrived on Vancouver Island, and are commonly seen near Goldstream Park, living off the rich population of salmon making their way upriver during the autumn months.

Many people are surprised to know that eagles mate for life. It's so inspiring to watch a pair that seem to treat each other with so much love and respect.
