Dreamcatcher

Dreamcatcher

Dreamcatcher is an image of Banff, Alberta within the dreamcatcher, used to sift out bad dreams from good ones.

The dreamcatcher is made from a hoop, sometimes of bent willow, with webbing made from sinew.

The concept came from the Plains natives who attribute much meaning to their dreams. Putting this image of Banff inside the dream catcher is a representation of those beliefs.
